Our company was incorporated under the laws of Minnesota on February 5, 1952, as the Freeport Agency, Inc. 

In 1959, the agency name was changed to Commercial Exchange Corporation.  Since that time, the Commercial Exchange Corporation has provided insurance protection for individuals and families, and the insurance needs for farms and business concerns throughout the State of Minnesota.
