G.J. "Fritz" Hoeschen

Fritz joined the Commercial Exchange Corporation in 1985 and became its CEO in 1989.  For nearly 25 years, Fritz has directed the Commercial Exchange Corporation to become a well respected insurance agency in Central Minnesota.  As an insurance agent, Fritz handles the risk management needs of a wide variety of clients on a daily basis.  By being involved in both sales and service, Fritz acts as a liaison between our agency clients and the companies we represent.

As a Certified Insurance Counselor and Fraternal Insurance Counselor, Fritz ensures that the agency's high standards are met and that the agency does not lose sight of it's mission.  The CIC and FIC designations are nationally recognized symbols of professional excellence and leadership in the insurance industry.

Fritz also shares ownership of the Commercial Exchange Corporation of Melrose and acts as it's Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Joyce A. Hoeschen
CIC, CISR, Agent

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Agency Manager, Joyce is responsible for the day to day operation of our agency.  As a licensed agent, Joyce specializes in personal lines, crop insurance, individual and small group health coverage, where she acts as a direct liaison between the customer and insurance company underwriters.

Joyce has received both the CIC (Certified Insurance Councelor) and CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designations that are nationally recognized symbols of professional excellence and leadership in the insurance industry.

An integral part of the staff at Commercial Exchange Corporation, she is also involved in personnel operations and the establishment of key office policies.

Arnold F. Hoeschen
Agent

As a banking and insurance executive for over forty years, Arnie continues to make his daily presence known as our financial advisor and consultant.  Arnie purchased the Commercial Exchange Corporation and was instrumental in setting our agency course to what it has become today - an established, well respected, multi-line insurance agency.

Lanette Boelter
CISR, Agent

As a licensed agent and customer service representative, Lanette works directly with customers to provide support and service to their personal lines account.  Lanette acts as a direct liaison between the customer and our insurance company underwriters.

Lanette has received the CISR designation, a mark of distinction that represents a commitment to continuous enhancement of one's knowledge and service.  CISR is a current, practical way to obtain insurance education that is readily applied on a daily basis.

Carrie Goebel
Agent

As a licensed agent and customer service representative, Carrie works directly with customers to provide support and service to their personal lines account and crop insurance clients.  Carrie acts as a direct liaison between the customer and our insurance company underwriters.

Sandy Wielenberg

In addition to her roles as customer service representative and executive secretary, Sandy is that smiling voice behind the daily "good morning or good afternoon,  Commercial Exchange".

Sandy is responsible for our agency's daily "paper flow" and computer operations.  She processes account changes and works directly with our current and potential clients in the beginning stages of their insurance interaction.  Her computer knowledge also keeps us up and running.
